Delivery Charges

You shipping charges are as follows:

Delivery of orders will take 2-3 business days.

If delivery is going to one of these locations, it will take a little longer. Sadly, free zones are not where we provide.

I made an order Today, When will my cargo be arriving?

Depending on the product and the time of your order, your delivery timetable will change. To find out the status of your delivery, click on the order number in your Order Confirmation email or navigate to the Orders section under My Account.

If a delivery is missed, what then?

Our delivery partner will contact you to reschedule your delivery if you are not home

Why am I being charged an extra AED 10 when I have already paid AED 10?

These two sums correspond to two different charges. We charge AED 10 for basic shipping and an additional AED 10 for cash on delivery. You will be required to pay an additional AED 10 in addition to our shipping charge if you want to pay with cash. Of course, using a credit or debit card to make your payment will always save you from having to pay cash on delivery.

Can I come to your warehouse to pick up my order?

No, but if you'd like, you can pick up your order from the office of our delivery partner. When they get in touch with you prior to delivery, just ask them to hold your order at their office.

Do you deliver to free zones?

We apologize, but at this time we are unable to deliver to free zones.
